Hello everyone.  Interested to learn about the metrics people use to track their property rental portfolios performance.  Some of the metrics I'll start tracking are things like -- vacancy rate, tenant length of stay.... etc.   Love to hear your ideas!

Hello everyone,

Happy new year!  Interested to know what people are paying a bookkeeper per transaction to upload transactions into Quickbooks from Excel.  I have seen ranges starting at $1.50 to over $5 per transactions.
