@Robert Finn I did speak to someone who I thought wanted to bring me in on his team.  He told me the fees were higher in nyc.  He answered all my questions.  We had 2 conversations and he was always responsive.  I told him that I would give exp a go.  He sent one response and now radio silence.

@Robert Finn I did connect with Someone from exp.  Had 2 conversations with them. Thought I would join because of the virtual training.   Now radio silence.  How has your experience been with them?  Are you part time or full time?

@Bruce Lynn Thank you!   I did reach out to one in my network that offered to mentor if I did some admin work for him but I never heard from him again.  I will keep looking…

I want to buy coop that is becoming available in 4 months.  I don’t have the money to purchase because my sister is looking for a job and I have to help her with her living expenses.  Do I have any options?  I just got my real estate license but can’t find anyone to hire me part time.

I passed my real estate exam in May.  Can’t find a willing broker to work with me part time?  What are some other options for me?
