All of my real estate experience over the past couple of years is in the residential side of the business. Lately, I have become interested in learning more about the commerical aspect.

I am looking for your thoughts on whether or not commercial real estate is a better move?

Both, I understand that there might be different reasons you'd select either buyers or a listing agent.

Thank guys, I appreciate it.

I'm interested in learning as much as possible about the details of bridge loans. I'd like to offer this type of loan in the near future, but I want to know as much as possible. Does anyone have extensive knowledge?

John,

I see that I am entering this post a little later than most, so I'm curious to know if you have an update for us John?

What are the steps you're taking to become motivated ?

I am also interested in knowing what are your biggest fears? What is holding you back?

I would strongly suggest reading the book "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie.
I truly believe that the lessons from this book have opened more doors for me than any business book I have ever read. It doesn't matter if you're dealing with a multi-million dollar investor or a renter; the #1 thing is each of them is people! So spend some time learning about the 1 thing that you can guarantee you're going to deal with in any deal, people!

Good luck!!!!
