Hi, I wonder if any of you that have rental properties in Cleveland, Ohio, have any good recommendations for any property management companies?

@Aj Parikh I was in the process of buying my first property with Martell Turnkey about a week ago but they beat me to the property I wanted. It seems like a great first investment property for myself that is not familiar with what goes into the rehab process of a rental property. Also I am aware that I will pay market value which I am fine with since, I don't have as much time on my hands since I work full time and go to school but I am hoping I can learn along the way and then hopefully rehab a property on my own.

@Mario Cuartas I am interested in Low-income neighborhoods as well. It seems like a win-win situation for both parties in providing clean living spaces while still making a profit.
I am trying to be cautious about purchasing my first rental property, but something that's convincing me more and more to pull the trigger as long as I have a good property manager in place while also putting more aside for repairs and maintenance.
When I compare B to C class neighborhoods that are out of state to my community, it turns out where I feel comfortable and safe turn out to be worse statistic wise than the B to C class out of state neighborhoods I am looking at. Also, I live in Ca, Where trying to invest in rental properties under 200k is more of a dream than a reality.

What makes the most sense for an out-of-state investor looking to eventually acquire multiple properties valued at around 100-125k. Both options are 30-year loans. One is at 4% interest with 20% down or 25% down payment with a 3.25 interest rate?

I am an out of state investor and looking to purchase my first rental property in Cleveland, OH. What would be the best way to take out a loan? I am looking to hold the property long term, and I do have a job. Also, The property is in ready to move in condition.

I am new to this and trying to gather as much information as I can. Thank you to all who participate. I live in Ca. I see there are cheap homes in Cleveland, Oh. 10k and less type affordable. My questions are for the repairs, which there will be plenty since the house looks like it got ran over by a train. Do I need permits for the repairs? Is that something the contractor takes care of? And for those who have purchased in Cleveland, OH in, let's say, not the best of areas, how much spent on the repairs is considered too much if I am looking to use the house as a long term rental property? Oh, and according to the information I gathered, the average rent is 600-900/ month

I wonder what everyone's opinion is on starting with a 200-300k rental property In Sacramento, Ca area or investing in rent to retire turnkey? Does anyone have experience with them? What you need to start off investing with them seems like a much better deal than what I would be getting in Ca. I also forgot to mention Between my cousin and me. We would have approx. 60-80k for a down payment.
