I wonder what everyone's opinion is on starting with a 200-300k rental property In Sacramento, Ca area or investing in rent to retire turnkey? Does anyone have experience with them? What you need to start off investing with them seems like a much better deal than what I would be getting in Ca. I also forgot to mention Between my cousin and me. We would have approx. 60-80k for a down payment.
