Need advice on out of state loans
I am an out of state investor and looking to purchase my first rental property in Cleveland, OH. What would be the best way to take out a loan? I am looking to hold the property long term, and I do have a job. Also, The property is in ready to move in condition.

There are a lot of national banks that you can deal with. If you have a bank you use locally I would see if they lend on properties in Ohio or have a Cleveland branch you can deal with. If that doesn’t work, shoot me a DM and I can send some recommendations.
