@Chasity Ware hi. I’m a broker in the Bahamas and just scrolling through and saw your post. As an FYI you can invest in Grand Bahama island and don’t have a lot of issues to go through and it’s tax free

Hi All

One strategy I have helped shared with persons interested in the islands of the Bahamas is to refinance property in their locale to use for their purchase. The rates are lower than going to one of our local banks in comparison. And on the island of Grand Bahama we have no property taxes.

Hi all. Wife and I are from the Bahamas, my wife is Canadian so now we want a property in Ontario to be close to the grand kids and enjoy. Looking for land and then a modular home to place on it. What is anyone’s thoughts on this? Is there sub forums to see ideas etc? Thanks
