International Short-term Rental

I've been thinking about taking my short term rental business international but don't necessarily want to go through the hassle of obtaining a visa. Is this even an option? or would this be too much work for little return?

What countries don't require a US citizen to have a visa in order to rent property?

str is a business. there is a myriad of issues. acquiring a property is a major investment.

true business is not about profit. It is about risk adjusted profit. Going international without a huge amount of knowledge about what you're getting into, to me, is asking for a potential future implosion.
