I’d be happy to troubleshoot with you one of these days! Very intriguing!

@Andrea Cocolin

Welcome to the club! I started in a similar way as you. 2018 was my education overdrive year and then in 2018 I acquired a quad in mount airy with an FHA loan. Now I'm looking for the next small multifamily projects and I'm looking both in Philly and the surrounds suburbs (primarily Montco). I'd be happy to share my experience and my lessons learned. I split my time between the mount airy area and blue bell. Let me know if you'd like to chat or meet up.

@Mauricia Ragland

Hi Mauricia - I completely understand what you are looking for. I am a new landlord in the Mount Airy area and I’m already starting to feel how difficult it is to find good contractors in the various sub fields of house construction/rehab.

If you do find some great recommendations, please continue to share the information here so we can all benefit!

All the best to you!

@Jimmy O'Connor

Hi Jimmy! What about the East Germantown? Are there additional signs that this area is seeing or will see development in the near future? I’m particularly interested in the area around the Awbury Arboretum.

@Tj Hock

Hi there! How’s that Royerford area in terms of investing? Are there good dynamics to sustain a good and stable real estate market for potential buy and hold investors?

Thanks much for your shared knowledge!

@Eric Onderko

Hi Eric! I'm also a pretty new investor but I have already taken the step earlier this year to buy a fourplex in Philly with FHA financing. Right now, I'm looking to see how to do the next purchase.

I’d be happy to jump on the phone with you to share what I’ve learned and answer any questions for you. Send me a message with your number and we can connect!
