Find quality service technician

Mauricia Ragland
Posted

I’ve had a rental property for the past ten years and finding quality service technicians and contractors has been my single biggest challenge.

I’m looking for professionals I can phone, receive estimates, get work done, and be invoiced with details in a reasonable amount of time.

I currently have small drywall and floor repair work. It’s small, definitely less than a days worth of work. I also had the sewer pipe replaced and need estimates to repair the cement in the basement.

I pay promptly, I just expect to work with accountable professionals. Naive I know, but I’m hoping with a bit of trial and error I can build a quality network. I’m on track to purchase two more properties this year so this network is needed.

Recommendations are needed and welcome. Again, I’ve had this property for the past ten years so I have a good understanding of the level of work needed to maintain.
