Germantown section of Philly

What are everyone’s thoughts about the Germantown section of Philly, specifically around the 5900 block for new construction multi family? I see that Stamm Development Group just finished a 33 unit by Haines & Germantown Ave and are building another building by Washington Lane and Germantown Ave. I do see that other developers have stuff in the in the pipeline as well

That is the big buzz-town in the last month or so. I hear plenty of people I trust talking about it as the next NoLibs/Fishtown. I haven't personally looked into it since I'm not buying for another few months but I have heard promising things about the neighborhood. Good luck!!
