@Shawn Mcenteer thank you for your input. I was looking into the cities regulations and it seems like mid term rentals would work. The city requires minimum 30 days stay.

Hello everyone! I'm considering pursuing rental arbitrage in Irvington, New Jersey, and I'm curious if this is a viable strategy. Has anyone had experience with midterm rentals in Irvington? Also, does this market typically see a high occupancy rate? I really appreciate your insights. Thank you!

As anyone try house hacking in El Centro California. I am currently here for work and I am thinking about house hacking in the area. The area is slower pace and seems like a lot of people in the area are here for work. I think the medium term rental strategy would work well here. Does anyone recommend investing in this area?

Jersey City market is very expensive after running the numbers on multiple properties I just don't see how the numbers makes sense to still house hack there unless I'm doing airbnb or something like that while live in another unit.

I am currently house hacking in Jersey City and I am looking to do another house hack soon. However, it difficult to find another house hack in the New jersey area that will make sense. I am thinking about maybe moving to another market that is much cheaper to get into. What are some good markets to house hack. I would also be using the VA Loan.
