@Javier Rosales: it’s normal to feel scared/nervous and second guess yourself, even if it’s your 10th deal.

Like someone already pointed out: it helps to make a list of specific things that can go wrong and then list what you can do about each. This will get those thoughts out of your head and on paper and with that comes relief. Plus, now you can go down the list one by one and address them one by one.

Good luck!!

Good morning BPers,

Does anyone have any experience buying rentals properties with RealWealth?

I found them mentioned on a blog as one of the recommended sites to follow. I have been listening to their podcast for the last week. Their website has a lot of investing resources.

Wondering how buying property with them works? What’s their model? What to know before signing up for them?

Would love to hear from you all!

Thank you!

Add 7, then add 20.

Is there any other way to do it? 😀😀

Good morning fellow BPers,

I have tossed and turned about llc vs umbrella insurance and have finally concluded that umbrella would work better for me.

My question to you all is: is there a rough thumb rule to determine how much insurance to get per $100000 of property? I know it’d only be a general guideline, but at least it’ll me get started knowing whether I need $1m or $5m or ...

Thank you so much!!

Happy Friday fellow REI'ers!

I am looking at the Indianapolis market for REI. There seems to be opportunity to my remote, untrained eye. To see what I might be missing, I would like to see if people here have any PM recommendations in the Indianapolis MSA. If you have direct experience with this PM as a remote investor and can share your thoughts, that'd be super useful.

Some of the names that came up in my search and have good reviews:

1. HomeRiver Group

2. PMI Indianapolis

3. PMI Midwest

If there are others who you have worked with for sometime and would highly recommend, I'd appreciate your advice.

As always, thank you so much!!

@Koleton Daley, @Steven Gough:  thank you both for sharing your frank opinion! Since I posted my question, I did read some reviews and the general opinion about both CrestCore and HRG mirrors what you both are saying from personal experience. I appreciate your help very much!
