How much umbrella insurance to get per $100000 of property

Good morning fellow BPers,

I have tossed and turned about llc vs umbrella insurance and have finally concluded that umbrella would work better for me. 

My question to you all is: is there a rough thumb rule to determine how much insurance to get per $100000 of property? I know it’d only be a general guideline, but at least it’ll me get started knowing whether I need $1m or $5m or ...
