PM recommendation in Memphis

Hello fellow BP'ers,

I am looking at the Memphis market for REI. There seems to be opportunity to my remote, untrained eye. To see what I might be missing, I would like to see if people here have any PM recommendations for Memphis. If you have direct experience with this PM as a remote investor and can share your thoughts, that'd be super useful.

Some of the names that came up in my search:

1. HomeRiver Group

2. Renshaw Property Management

3. CrestCore Realty LLC

4. Reedy and Company Realtors, LLC

Thank you so much!!

I tried CrestCore and did not have a good experience.

I am currently working with HomeRiver.  I have been with them from the beginning and they have grown rapidly so there have been some growing pains but they are working them out.  Their owner/CEO (Andrew Propst) is a serious investor and has been on 2 BP Podcast (one is Podcast 265 not sure of the other one).  His story is truly amazing.  He is a great guy and at least in my experience has always been very eager to help and offer advice.
