What is the best way to find/market to owners that might be interested in selling?

Is there an MLS for multi family or a way to see what is available in my area?

Hi Wil, I heard about mikes appliances repair but never use them. Also, there is a place in Walkersville the sells used appliances for around $100 and sometime is it worth installing it for rentals
