Hi BP!

I’ve been investing for a few years and I have a portfolio of small multi family. Really want to take the next step and buy a large multi family community (20-100 units)

What is the best way to find/market to owners that might be interested in selling?

Is there an MLS for multi family or a way to see what is available in my area?
