@Don Konipol Hello, sorry for the late response.  I didn't get notified of a reply.  To answer your question, I  bought just mailing addresses and it is targeted to people who have own for 15 yrs and up. I have been using this same list for the past 3 months.  I was told to always use a headline but I see so many sample letters and none have headlines.  Thanks.

I am in the process of putting together another set of letters for my direct mail marketing campaign.  Just one question.  Is it necessary to have a headline on my letters since I am marketing to multifamily property owners? Most of my previous letters do and I just don't know if the headline even helped.  Suggestions, Opinions will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

@Kelvin K. I have checked and he is charging $400 per unit and the surrounding efficiencies are charging $550 so I see the value add. Thank you for your response.
