I'm in Rockville MD. I do most of my investing in central VA.

Who would you recommend for CPA?

I’m looking for CPA who works with real eastate investors.

I have talked with Wealthability. Not sure if it cost affective in my case. I just started .

Educate yourself in investing. Take 100 in real eastate loan not college debt.

First and foremost run a comprehensive background check on a tenant. Replace old or not properly functioning appliances before move ins.

Stay on top of maintenance. Make sure tenant notify you immediately if there is an issue.

Don’t deal with sprout financial.

All They do is to promise you a ton and don’t deliver.

All they done for me is to remove inquiries from my credit report.

They think I can wait forever for the funding. Regret wasting time with them.

No funding just frustration!

Rental. Cash flow plus tax benefits.

Flipping capital gains tax.
