I think Ben is way passed the six figure mark. I like his content on YouTube. No filter, loud and brash but at least he’s authentic.

Thought your name looked familiar when I saw the key word alert. Remember you playing at UH couple years ago. I'm a Kahuku grad so we probably know some mutual acquintances since there were some Kahuku boys playing at the same time as you. Always good to see local peeps on here making moves to provide a good life for their families here in Hawaii. I'm still learning hoping to get a deal done this year. Lmk if you guys ever have any projects on Oahu, would love to check it out and network. Good luck bro!

Nice to see someone from Laie on here. I grew up out there, by Laie Park, and the egg farm, but live in Honolulu now.  I'm still learning as much as I can and hope to at least get a wholesale deal, or bird dog deals going. Keep in touch, maybe we can grab some lunch bounce ideas off each other.

Nice to see some locals from Hawaii on here! I'm in the same boat, listening to podcasts and learning all I can. Trying to bird dog some deals so I can take @Michael Mazzella mentor course as soon as possible.

Dumb question but I'm just looking for the search bar here on the site(from my iPad) but can't seem to find it. Just want to quick search a couple different terms, cities, etc. is there anyway to do that or just setup keyword alters?
