Hi everyone, Love BP, you guys are awesome! Ive been listening to the podcasts for the last year. I'm so happy to be here and so appreciative to see how many people on here are really about helping others! My name is TJ from the Big Island of Hawaii, I believe I only saw one other person on here from the Big Island. I am very interested in learning about obtaining rental properties for the passive income. I finally got the courage to put my profile up and now ask a question.

wow awesome thank you Michael Borger! Great meeting you, thanks for the motivating words. I'm really surprised at this BP community and the advice the guys give. I actually just purchased a very very cheap lot in the Pahoa area. I hope to build a small single family for rental. Thanks again for the greeting!
