 Your governor has told us we are not welcome in Hawaii and that the shots and masks and tests are requirements to even get on the plane and that means that Hawaii is not a place to visit at this point (it's easier to get to South Africa ;-) has that had any impact on housing values?

Aloha Mike,

The only thing happening in Hawaii is consistent appreciation without fail.  Our market has doubled in value every decade since 85 and I recon that it always will honestly.  It will always have a supply and demand issue.  You cannot build enough and there is international demand through the roof.  

In regard to the covid restrictions, I think its certainly pretty strict in comparison to most places in the world besides Australia.  We will see how that goes!
