Is it kosher, or possible to use a site like GoFundMe.com to raise money for Real Estate Investing? 

I love this. I've personally decided not to get my degree and pursue a fulfilling life in real estate. People always tell me I need to go to school and get my degree and get a real job. Sometimes it's discouraging and it seems simpler to just go to school and get the guaranteed job but i know I can do it and be successful!  

I was wondering if someone would look at this place (306 S. Maple Ln. Wichita, KS)  and give me their experienced opinion on whether it would be a good deal for a flip. It would be my first flip.

I know there is more to knowing a good deal than what is on the MLS, but I was curious if anyone thought it looked like a profitable flip. Thank you so much!

I was wondering how the mortgage insurance calculated. Is it a percentage or is it a fixed rate?

Hey, I'm a new investor with no experience but am definitely excited about real estate investing! I have no extra cash so I will be hustling for money but am interested in flipping, buy and hold or a mixture of the two! Any tips or advice for a new investor is welcome and appreciated!
