I was wondering if someone would look at this place (306 S. Maple Ln. Wichita, KS) and give me their experienced opinion on whether it would be a good deal for a flip. It would be my first flip.
I know there is more to knowing a good deal than what is on the MLS, but I was curious if anyone thought it looked like a profitable flip. Thank you so much!
