Post: Vacant owner occupied

There is a property that I came across while driving for dollars. The front yard is so over grown that it is physically impossible to get to the front door and it has all of the other major signs of being vacant. When I looked up the properties tax records the owners address was the same as the property addess. I was wondering if anyone knew the best way to try and contact the owner? Should I just send a letter to the address and hope it gets forwarded to the owner? Any thoughts would be great!

Kind of reaching out here. I have some family in Wichita KS that will be looking for a place to rent in probably 6 months or so. The problem is they have 2 large dogs. I'm just curious if there are any pet friendly landlords out there?

So i just bought my first property. It's an owner occupied rental. The rental unit is a small apartment above the garage. However I'm having an issue with what addressto use for the rental unit. I'm assuming things such as utilities I will have to cover but how does the tenant get their mail or get cable or order a pizza. If anyone has any advice or knows how properly address the unit that would be great!

Dear fellow Wichitan BP'ers

I am new to real estate but am ready to get started. I have been learning what I can about the subject for a while now and I want to finally get my hands dirty.

Since i have no capital I am looking for someone with experience that I can partner with and that I can learn from.I am interested in both flips and buy and hold investing. I may not have any money but I know how to work hard and hustle. Even if i a partnership/mentor isn't really an option I would still love to network with anyone and everyone.

Send me a personal message,

Nathan Blumanhourst.

@Sterling White I guess I'm thinking of a site called kickstarter. Which is used almost exclusively for new business start ups.
