Hi guys,

Embarking on my REI career and I'm ready to make an offer on a home. I have an LLC setup specifically for rehabbing and flipping.

When making offers on homes through a broker, is it best to sign the offer as the LLC, or myself personally? I want to buy it through the LLC, so wouldn't it make sense to sign the offer as such? I'm getting mixed feedback from an attorney friend, so I thought I would ask the BP community.

All feedback is great appreciated!

Welcome John! I'm in Southern Maine and I just joined BP a few weeks ago and have learned a great deal already. Jump in, read, ask and enjoy.

I don't know about the live events but I've read several of his books and a few of his advisors as well. Learned quite a bit so I would have to say it was worth it. Most of the educators slide a continuous pitch into the training, but there is good info to be had if you look past it.

Hi BP!

I'm Samuel Strickland in Freeport, Maine and am so excited to have found this site! I've been to a few Guru seminars and have done a ton of reading and research over the past 8 months so now it's time I get moving.

I'm currently owner/president of a Web Design & Development company with a goal to diversify my income and lifestyle with real estate investing. Seeking a mentor, knowledge, financing for single family reno/flips, bird dog and wholesale opportunities.

Any advice and connection is greatly appreciated!
