Make offers signed as LLC?

Hi guys,

Embarking on my REI career and I'm ready to make an offer on a home. I have an LLC setup specifically for rehabbing and flipping.

When making offers on homes through a broker, is it best to sign the offer as the LLC, or myself personally? I want to buy it through the LLC, so wouldn't it make sense to sign the offer as such? I'm getting mixed feedback from an attorney friend, so I thought I would ask the BP community.

All feedback is great appreciated!
