I'm Samuel Strickland in Freeport, Maine and am so excited to have found this site! I've been to a few Guru seminars and have done a ton of reading and research over the past 8 months so now it's time I get moving.

I'm currently owner/president of a Web Design & Development company with a goal to diversify my income and lifestyle with real estate investing. Seeking a mentor, knowledge, financing for single family reno/flips, bird dog and wholesale opportunities.
