🌟 Introducing Deal of the Week! 🌟

What is Deal of the Week?

Prime Picks will be a weekly discussion around 3 featured properties sent in from...you, the BiggerPockets Community! I will feature 3 deals providing an investor friendly description of the listing, what return you may expect, and a poll for you to decide which deal is BiggerPockets Deal of the week

What am I looking for?
Anything you send me! No, but really I will review all of the listings that you send in. I will review anything from a $10 cabin in the woods on market since 1999 to a $500M new build apartment complex, and everything in-between! Please send me listings from: MLS listings (if you're the agent) off market deals, BiggerPockets listings page, Craigslist, FB Marketplace, and anything else I can't think of! DM me a link to the listing and the crazy "thing" about the deal.

Ready to showcase your property or find your next investment opportunity? Send me your listings now to be featured in the next Deal of the Week!

Hi @Jake Baker

Thank you for your post as I am sure a few members are wondering the same!

-You will need to select a room option that has 2 adult occupants if you are planning on bringing another adult with you. The room you have selected in your first screenshot would be an appropriate selection!

-In your second screenshot, there is not a price difference in the first two options. If you choose the option Adult Guest (No Content) your partner is more than welcome to come to the opening/closing events on Sunday and Tuesday respectively. Adult Guest (No Content) will not have the option to select their Keynote or Breakout sessions, however they are required by the hotel to provide their personal information.

As a heads up, we have updated the registration option on your second screenshot to be more clear about what the BPCON Additional Attendee and Adult (No Content)
options detail.

I hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any other questions!

Hey Manuel! Welcome to BiggerPockets and thanks for joining!

Here are some tips for networking and making the most of your account.

1) I'd fill out your profile fully before you do anything else! As that will at least help folks that you reach out to know that you are a real person, with a picture and professional bio. Particularly be sure to include your goals for real estate investing so that folks can help you.

2) Follow your favorite forum topics and set up keyword alerts! Adding keywords related to your investment strategy or market locations can be updated in your settings. You’ll receive notifications when there is conversation in the forums you follow or if a user mentions those keywords—so keep them updated often!

3) Check out some of the local meetups that you can find in this forum! There are so many so be sure to filter by your location.

4) Review Dave Meyer’s The State of Real Estate Investing Report 2024 (in your resource page as a member of BiggerPockets!) for real estate investors available to all BiggerPockets members!

5) Consider meeting with a few agents in your area even if you are just getting started! An investor friendly agent can do all sorts of helpful things, like setting you up with a search for properties or connecting you with folks who have recently done deals like the ones you want to do.

6) Consider analyzing a deal or two in your local market, just for practice, with a free use of our Rental Property Calculator (or other calculators).

Hope this helps! Please reach out with any questions you may have!

Hey Noah! How does my display on my profile look now? Updated to my current situation. I appreciate the feedback and guidance! Will be taking advantage of all the tools I can use in my duffle bag. Thanks for adding to it!

 It looks great!
