I will feature 3 deals providing an investor friendly description of the listing, what return you may expect, and a poll for you to decide which deal is BiggerPockets Deal of the week. 

What am I looking for?
Anything you send me! No, but really I will review all of the listings that you send in. I will review anything from a $10 cabin in the woods on market since 1999 to a $500M new build apartment complex, and everything in-between! Please send me listings from: MLS listings (if you're the agent) off market deals, BiggerPockets listings page, Craigslist, FB Marketplace, and anything else I can't think of! DM me a link to the listing and the crazy "thing" about the deal.
