Can someone clarify the BPCON 2024 guest policy?

My girlfriend wants to come with me to the conference just to be in the hotel and partake in the all-inclusive parts of the hotel. Do I need to register for this room option? It would be just her and I in the room.

Later on, when I register her, it asks me this:

Is there a price difference between the first two options?

If I choose option 2, can she still come to the closing event on Tuesday?
