I agree with it depends on what you want I am selling a house in the Casselberry area in the next couple of weeks. Right now we are doing some repairs. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath with a pool. It is close to a golf cousin a family community let me know if you are interested.

I have enjoyed following the post and I have learned alot to put to my rentals we inherited in November. But our tenant just moved out of one of the rental houses we inherited and we saw it for the first time.  The house needs more repairs than we are willing to make. We were thinking of selling it as is without a realtor it is in a desirable neighborhood.  I was wondering if there is a strategy to finding someone who will make a serious offer.  I know these post are usually about how to find a seller but I was wondering if you have advice about how to find an investor buyer without a real-estate agent.  Thank you

Thanks that is really helpful advice

We inherited 4 houses from a trust due to a sudden death in the family.  We are trying to get them in our name then back into the trust.  But in the meantime we have to get landlord insurance.  We live in Florida and one of the houses has a old roof the insurance company does not want to cover the house unless we get a new roof. But we have to get insurance by the end of the month. Any advice or experience with this process.  Also what type of insurance should we get.  Thanks
