How to sell an inherited rental house in Orlando area as is

Nicole Spain
Posted

I have enjoyed following the post and I have learned alot to put to my rentals we inherited in November. But our tenant just moved out of one of the rental houses we inherited and we saw it for the first time.  The house needs more repairs than we are willing to make. We were thinking of selling it as is without a realtor it is in a desirable neighborhood.  I was wondering if there is a strategy to finding someone who will make a serious offer.  I know these post are usually about how to find a seller but I was wondering if you have advice about how to find an investor buyer without a real-estate agent.  Thank you
