I have a friend that lives in a apartment complex, after a new management group took over they lowered the rent. My question is it legal to lower rent on the new tenants and not offer the same rate on the old tenants when their contracts expire and they go to resign under the new contract? He told me he had lived there for almost three years and he pays 150 dollars more for the same three bedroom then he next door neighbor.

He was a local Realtor that couldn't his job right and got himself out of the business because he said there was no money to be made in the field of real estate. Also my mother taught me that if i can't anything nice i should not say anything at all, so is all i have to say about him!!

Good i hate the thought of what this one was trying to tell me. I guess the only reason i am keeping him around is purely for my own amusement you could say. I just should listen to what my gut and what i have learned in the past and just do it.

I'm looking for some advice here in Columbus Ohio . I'm looking to do on ave of 6 wholesales a month and one or two lease options also a month after I get all the bugs worked out of my business. A guy i know is trying to tell me that is impossible to do in my area because of the market we are in. Am i being blind by wanting to be aggressive and wanting being good in what i want to do in this line of work? The reason i want to do 6 or more whole-selling a month i am used to the fast pace the different things i was in before and i don't want slow down.

Here is a weird one for all of you pros out there. Before my father passed away a few years ago, he had went too all of these different boot camps out there Ron Legrande to name one of the big ones out there. I know he had payed a lot of money on these programs and different things. He had taken me to a few of them over the last two years of his life. I feel like i have a good idea how to do these deals and things, i have the construction background in the housing and commercial areas. Am i out of my league trying to get into the investing?

Honestly that is what i thought to myself on both counts. I just wanted a someone else thoughts on the matter was to see if i was wrong on the matter. My wife and I are getting back into market again, and guess what her ex the "father" of my stepson. Was trying to tell me that owner financing was illegal and subject to was also illegal. The only thing that kept me from laughing in his face was his son was in the room. The only reason i didn't believe him was he was a Realtor for a few years and he lost his got fired and almost got thrown in jail for something screwed up. So could someone give me a run down on whats up with those two things!!!
