Here is a weird one for all of you pros out there. Before my father passed away a few years ago, he had went too all of these different boot camps out there Ron Legrande to name one of the big ones out there. I know he had payed a lot of money on these programs and different things. He had taken me to a few of them over the last two years of his life. I feel like i have a good idea how to do these deals and things, i have the construction background in the housing and commercial areas. Am i out of my league trying to get into the investing?
