So I am in the business/habit of doing quick flip rehabs.  I do alot of the work myself and I find myself at Home Depot  and or Lowes  every day.  Buying furnishing, vanities, knobs, etc.

I want to know which online sites you guys use for your flips to buy Vanities, fixtures, lighting, even cabinets, mirrors, etc

High Dollar sites

Mid Dollar Sites

Low dollar (discount) product sites

Lowes and Home Depot just dont have the selections that I want, and I want to have more options.  If I wanna go big and do *Flipping Vegas* Style furnishings, or if I need to do low cost CheapO furnishings for my 75-115k dollar houses

I never asked for a partner or a mentor.  You really need to stop being rude to people.  Im right, shes wrong, thats the facts.  Sry about your luck

Mike I can just say 1 thing before you listen to ANYONE on here about ANYTHING....

A wise man said once to me

NEVER TAKE ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO'S NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE....

Let that sink in, and before you take any advice, full investigate the person and their claims.

Being a real estate agent has pros..... You get to see the MLS and get an idea of the market, but dont for a second think they make alot of money, they dont.

The real money is made investing.  Coming in as an agent will give you opportunity to scout a market, however chasing after 3% on deals gets REAL OLD REAL FAST.

The money is in flipping and owning B rated multi family.  Getting a brokers license is KEY

im just allergic to  Bull **** and I believe honesty is the best policy,, sorry if I am old fashioned

I have actually already read Ken McElroy's book.  It was EXTREMELY basic and really was more of a hype book to sell rich dad seminars than to actually teach you anything.   The ENTIRE book was littered with advertisements and the most mundane information I have ever seen.   I dont know how you guys could consider that a good book, but then again you probably dont own multi family  20+ complexs

I did my first flip at 24.  Only made $37 dollars.  good quality work, but who helped you ? you didnt do all this yourself with no experience

This is part of that  (keep your head up work hard) BS I was talking about.

Please, only experienced investors with EXPERIENCE in multi family need to respond, Ive already flipped my first house at age 24 and paid CASH for it and all the rennovations.

I dont need the novice, I need the professional

Thank You
