Hi Austin,

1 of my units has a boiler and it has 2 different zones so I can split the utility bill hope yours dose.

boilers are less moving parts so easy fixes when they break but when the whole unit goes they are expensive, I was always told I would never get my money back if I switched units just fyi.

Yes it can be done and both parties avoid some tax fees!

get a hold of a lender and title company and you will be set.

1. How much she wants for the place

2. availability to show the place

3. you need a contract with her and then the assignment with new buyer...I used my title company:)

My opinion is it is your business and no one can make that decision for you :( if you like the Dave method then stick with it. my personal experience is leverage has helped me grow beyond my wildest dreams!!!!!

Welcome to BP I would suggest going to the community tab and look for network events, I also use the app meetups to find real estate groups in my area!

I would suggest listening to a few of the podcast that talk directly about Milwaukee I think @Mindy Jensen has a team there and I know she can point out what episodes are best!
