@Syed H. Not sure either, I work a lot and don’t have nearly the time to devote to real estate

@Jason Belovich Thanks for the info. That map is cool. I am going to try to make the meeting tonight. I have to work the evening but I at least want to make an appearance.

@Ali Boone Thanks for the reply and I’ve read some of your articles. Nicely done! Out of curiosity are there any turnkey companies you would recommend or have used yourself?

I’m an investor from the PA area. I’m also interested in the Kansas City market.

@Omari Williams @James Wise @Lane Kawaoka Thanks. I guess I’m looking for the golden goose of high returns and totally passive involvement. Just have to get more realistic.

@Nick Rutkowski @Jake Riordan I am a newbie investor and live in the eastern PA area. I have some options here but they involve a lot of work and my job takes a ton of my time. Just trying to see if these are all taking advantage or you get the same benefits as owning locally. Thanks for the advice.

Is turnkey investing a cop out or a lazy option? I was looking at McKinnis in Kansas City and it seems reasonable but not too good to be true. Just curious as I’ve seen some info that says to steer clear.

@Jake S. Thanks for responding. It is a duplex in a neighborhood on the upswing. Actually a very nice street with good neighbors. I went high with the numbers to be conservative. Don't want to trick myself into a bad deal! The property needs minor work. I guestimated $10k but that is a big overshoot likely.

Hey gang. I would appreciate some advice on this property. Im thinking its a pretty solid deal and I was relatively conservative with pricing. Thanks!
