@Jason D. Thanks for the input. I’ll keep working on all of that.

@Ehsan Rishat Thanks for the comment, advice, and most of all the positivity. It’s been a very eye opening day to say the least. I have to be careful with my replies as I have already been given an Official Warning for my apparent aggressive behavior.

That being said I went to a meeting tonight and it was awesome. Very overwhelming and intimidating to listen to all of the accomplished people but also educational, somewhat encrouraging too.

Again thanks for your words and best of luck!

@Scott Mac then why comment at all? And I never asked anyone to be on my deal team. Where does that come from?

@Tanner Marsey That was with one person who delivered good advice in a rude manner. I have been respectful and appreciative with everyone else who has taken the time to comment. Including you.

So the guy who states “It’s a cold world, grab a jacket.” Is calling out my behavior. Interesting...

Good luck to you as well.

@May Emery Thank you for the advice. That is a route I have been considering.

@Jay Hinrichs Thanks for commenting. I know it's largely to communicate with those you mentioned but I appreciate the advice and perspective. As for the MLS thing I'm working on it.

@Tanner Marsey Why bother making this comment? Is it just to antagonize me?

@Bill F. I appreciate the response. I think this particular thread isn’t the place to continue this discussion. I will reformulate my questions at a later time and see if it’s more worthy. Thanks for the feedback and good luck to you.
