Title says it all. Anyone use, have used this service? Or know of similar services. Looking for a review or at least some use cases.

Searched forum but barely anything mentioned about it and mostly unanswered questions...

@Gary L Wallman

Is there a roulette table with that on the wheel? Because id bet all my money and your money and my neighbors money and my grandmothers money that you are correct.

Monetizing debt and debasing currency is what the top US economists do.

@Kai Van Leuven

Some of these are interesting ideas.

But a for instance: not everyone lives in Seattle for work. Some people just dig it. Same as Montana, people in Montana... like Montana.

@Jon Hill

Good idea on the fiance thing, if you want your marriage to last it'll take more time and work than investing.

This year in August I decided to make having 1 unit by years end my goal. Did that and got another under contract which we would close on before year end if not for some minor issues.

1) Acquire at least 3 more single family units or a duplex and single family.

2) Have made my first seller finance deal.

3) Have bought my first mobile home park.

4) Get my 450lb atlas stone off the ground.

5) Hire someone to fill my position in my current business so I can focus more on real estate

6) Finish RE license and have sold at least 3 houses. (The license is something I just wanted to try for. Started in December and have the class scheduled... more a curiosity than a true career goal but figure after selling 3 houses I will have some idea on how far to go with it.)

@Cody Malave R.E.S.P LLC. Respect it but it doesnt solve all your liability issues. The simplest way to solve this problem is two fomd because the liability of giving you advice is so specific to your situation. You need a tax strategist, a cpa, and a lawyer. And you need to find some balance between all of their ideas.
