@Victor Vella

If I had a deal needing a partner, a person who thinks like this is exactly who I'd be looking for.

Smart thinking here.

@Lucas Carl

Had this on my most recent acquisition. After viewing we amended the contract to include the tenant vacate. We were still within the bounds of an offer but before acceptance on both sides. They ended up getting them out of the unit within a week. We close this coming tuesday

@Mike Cumbie

Just passed the real estate exam. From my other businesses I am able to come to Chattanooga TN, pass an exam, and have a couple celebratory beers with my neglected wife (from all the studying) then stay here overnight and enjoy our time.

That's what all the work earns. Freedom. But freedom isn't no responsibility, it's more responsibility.

@Russell Brazil

Man. Thats the truth.

I've started many businesses in many industries, and they are all like this. Having money and starting in real estate is no different than having no money and doing something else. Theres an unlimited amount to learn and you can dedicate as much time as you can stand and it still isnt enough hours.

@Nicole Heasley Beitenman, no problem. I had an idea once for one that looked like it as splattered with blood and a knife would be sort of cutting this 3 dimensional paper on the postcard. Would read something like "We're killing the competition" but that was for a different business and probably the market you're sending to doesn't care about your competition. They just want an easy to close and profitable deal. But you get the idea. With a proper graphic designer, you can take it anywhere you want to go.

Didnt know there was one! Won't make it today between calling customers back and studying for my affiliate exam which is tomorrow. But it will be in my list for the following month. I'll be doing new agent training so already in town!

@George W.

The thing about something only taking 5 minutes is, alllll the time it took to be good enough to only take 5 minutes.

People who have either never run a business or performed a trade dont get it. My best customers are all owners of other businesses.
