What are you end goals in RE? 

Lets find the end goal and work back and make a plan! 

Numbers will be a trial and error and a proforma will help and simplify that. 

Loans take time and work did you have a type in mind? 

Making offers your RE agent will handle for you. 

Finding a property, what do you want your preferred acquisition system to be? Off market? MLS? Wholesalers?

Contract costs, do you mean contractors?

Think it will be awhile till we can tell. Stock market always gets jittery during an election. 

What is the end goal. Lets start with where you wanna be and make the action plan to get there! 

We started with no capital and grew our business would love to help anyway I can! 

So your goal is to tackle some ways to have private investors contact you and you supply them the deal and sweat equity and they can invest hands off correct ?
