A great article from David Johnson. Even though he is in the health care sector, a lot of principles apply across industries.

Guy from the train reminded me that the last time Cubs won, his grandmother was 2 years old.

Why is it such a big deal and all over the news?

In 1908

"At the time, Theodore Roosevelt was president, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska and Hawaii were not yet states, and the first Ford Model T car was two weeks old."

1. Change is hard. But it is necessary

2. It's all about people.
