Also check for some local REIA meetings you may be able to network there with someone that may be looking for an intern or even be hiring.

It would be easier to take the time and maybe make a video about some of the success and even the mistakes you have had in real estate that way people can not only relate to you but see how you have grown. The number one thing you need to prove is the value cause there are plenty of education companies associated with real estate investing just not a majority of them are legit and provide real value.
