Hello Chi Town Investors, 

My name is Tiauna P. of Chi City Property Solutions. I am looking to build a network of fellow investors, rehabbers and anyone else who loves Real Estate like i do. I have been a Realtor for 12 years now and would like to switch my hat to an Investor. I would love to partner up with anyone who has the same grind and spirit as I do. I know how to analyze deals, talk to sellers and make offers. My only limitation is driving for dollars. I am new to building my buyers list but I run accross sellers all the time.  I look forward to hearing from you soon.
