Hi Nikolina, the best templates are conversational. Most investors will say something like "Hey [firstname], this is [user] with [companyname], I'm a local investor in the [city] area looking to purchase another property. Would you consider an offer on your property at [streetaddress]?

You can create multiple templates that are similar that vary in how you may ask that question.
