I drive & can I find properties

Hey everyone, I'm new to investing & want to learn. I drive all around Raleigh, mainly on the wake forest side but sometimes I'm on the holly springs side as well. I would love to connect with investors & help find homes that can be BRRR. I can even help on the rehab side as well. I have a pick up truck. If you don't mind showing me the ropes then I don't mind keeping an eye out for properties.

@Nick Great to hear you’re out there hustling and interested in getting into investment properties. I remember being in your shoes and getting my first assignment check after finding a home that looked abandoned. If you are on the road a lot then looking for beat up places and sending out letters is a great place to start. Let me know if you have any specific questions or areas you need help getting started.
