I am still in NYC and preparing my move to FL in december but would like to have a deal ready for myself and Dad to work out upon my arrival. Hey BP Family!

I am a newbie moving to the Orlando area (Apopka, Altamonte, Longwood, Wekiva Springs, ect) seeking to connect with awesome wholesalers and agents. I would ideally like to find a deal in the lower cost range that needs work but no structural issues. I also have an interested Hard money Lender to come in all cash given the right deal. I would love any advice or area of interest to look at from any current investors in the area. I plan to start direct mail marketing to the altamonte area as my parents live in Apopka and I plan to do the Rehab with my Dad, so would preferably like the property to be within reasonable distance to Apopka and within a Renters market. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and I can't thank the community enough for all the inspiration and confidence your stories and motivation has done for my mentality.
