@Bill Gulley, I thought you had the answers to all financial questions. : )

Interesting question, I look forward to reading the responses.

Hey Charles,

I think you maybe just as well off investing closer to home (PSL), why would you travel an hour instead of investing in your own back yard? I like your financial philosophy and look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome @Mike Coyne. I'm just a couple towns over, in Boynton. Congrats on the GC exam! BP is a great place for knowledge, as well as making new connections. The Ultimate Beginner's Guide is a good place to start, and also all of the podcasts.

@Joseph Grullon & @Brian Jobson Welcome both of you. There are LOTS of people here willing to help newbies. Brian, I just responded to one of your posts re; hard money. Wish you both well in the world of investing.

If you haven't done so yet "the Ultimate Beginner's Guide" is a great place to start, and I would highly recommend listening to the podcasts.

@Brian Jobson, Corey Johnson @ Waterstone Mortgage, in Jupiter, may be able to help you out. He has connections, if he can't do something through the bank. He helped me w/ my last 2 loans.

I thought the windows looked odd, but didn't realize why until @Sylvia B. brought it up. I agree with the other suggestions above. I thought bigger windows, and /or some on the driveway side. Plants definitely crossed my mind, and I would match the paint on the garage with the new house color, tie it all together.

@Rick Harmon, the houses are in different zip codes, different towns, and I believe different lenders. (although I'm not positive, it's been a while since I looked into them.)

@Rick Harmon, thanks for the response. I just sign up for your newsletter about an hour ago. I thought the reason(s) were similar to your thoughts, but all of these houses are not yet REOs, so who takes them?
