I’m looking at some properties around Coldstrean Homestead Montebell neighborhood. Is this good area to invest in? Is the crime level acceptable?

I’m looking hold the property 7-10 years.

I'm thinking of purchasing a residential property in Baltimore city. Most properties I see are listed under corporation/LLC. Why is that?

Does it have something to with taxes?

@Ethan Kramer that’s too high. I’m buying a house in Baltimore and it’s $240K with 12K closing.

Wellsfargo is offering 3.5% for investment properties.

I’m trying to buy a place which I will rent later but I keep running into properties with ground rent. Do all Baltimore country/Towson/Charles Village have ground rent?

What do think as about paying for ground rent as investor/landlords?

@Kimberly Troy you’re right now it’s sellers market. There are not enough houses to buy.

Definitely would be up to monthly zoom meeting to meet people who are interested in Baltimore.
